It is obviously from Pope Benedict XVI's recent encyclical - Providentimus Michaelinimus Verbum - which finds Scriptural support from the Apostle Paul.

'For in him we live and move and have our being.' As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.'

I 'm surprised that no one else in this esteemed body found such an obvious answer! ;)
