Who Said That?

"But here's first what I see for Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN).  You're going to have people raised from the dead watching this network.  You're going to have people raised from the dead watching TBN.  Programs -- just plain programs -- programs that haven't done much when it comes to supernatural manifestations -- teaching programs!"

This one is offered in the spirit of "end of the year" predictions.  Leave your guess in the comments section.  Answer to come next week.  To see past editions of "who said that?" click on the "who said that?" icon.

No! No! No! The person who said this cannot be alive. The quote says, "...people raised from the dead watching this network...watching TBN" - If dead people can watch television the I hope I get all of the Denver Broncos football games in my surround sound HD TV casket.

The quote had to be made from the grave by Kenneth Hagin during a TBN rebroadcast of one of his own sermons on Hebrews 11.

Who would make a plug for TBN except someone who stands to benefit from supporters. I haven't seen that programming in 20 years. Since everyone has covered Benny Hinn, and I don't remember many, I say the giggly blue-haired Jan Crouch or that guy with the frizzed out Afro that sang "In the Sweet Bye and Bye"" with a clinched fist. That is, if he hasn't already gone home. Wait! It says that teaching programs and those without spiritual manifestations are "plain", so I say definitely Paul since theology afterall is doo-doo;-)

It has to be the man who chose a stage name which appears to be based on the Valley of Ben Hinnom (hmmmmm, is he telling us anything with that choice?) ---Benny Hinn.

I have to go with Benny Hinn.

I think he mispoke. He should have said "You're going to have people WISHING THEY WERE dead watching this network."

I thought it was King Tut himself - Paul Crouch...but I guess I'll go with the majority - Gumby Hinn.

This sounds like Benny Hinn to me. Gosh, they have so many heretics on that channel! So it may be someone else. But I'll go with Hinn.

without a doubt it's one of the biggest false prophets ever, Benny Hinn.

Please tell me it's Hinn, and not Pat "Loose Cannon" Robertson...

The second part of the "prophecy" is so absurd Ii'll bet even Paul Crouch didn't believe it. According to the "prophet" this likely won't happen in America, but in " third world countries". Before life is restored the caskets of the deceased are to be placed in front of a TV for a minimum of 24 hours while TBN is on. Family members are to take the hands of the dead and place them on the TV screen. It doesn"t matter what's playing at the time, as long as the channel is on TBN miracles will occur. You can probably think of a bunch of snappy come backs.... but this just so sad!
