This is a "prophecy" given by Oral Roberts on On August 26, 2004.  It is posted on the Kenneth Copeland Ministries website.

Given that I've left behind the Left Behind series (I was a dispensationalist without really ever knowing it until I knew what it was, and by then I wasn't one! Therefore, I haven't read them...I'd probably break out into a rash if I did!) I'll guess Pat Robertson... he has a reputation for hearing disembodied voices and at least deserves mention.

Well, I am orginally from Oklahoma and there is "prophet" in Tulsa named Oral Roberts who has made many statements like this. I don't recall this one specifically, but it sure sounds like something he said.

Regretably, I am a graduate of Oral Roberts University ('90). I am now confessional / reformed (PCA) and slightly embarassed that I went to ORU. Nonetheless, I would be surprised to know that Oral said that. I don't recall him using a word like covenant or speaking of the "end times" in this way (usually it was in connection with his being a ruler in Tulsa). I would go with a prognosticator like M.G. 'Pat' Robertson.
