URC in Vegas? Great. Hopefully someday I'll get to visit.
I'd really love one in the high desert of Page AZ, (a Reformation wasteland?)

Any suggestions for starting a URC fellowship in our community?

Forget Vegas, what about the San Fernando Valley here in SoCal? Or even in Hollywood or West LA...something in Los Angeles.

There was a good OPC going in Vegas, but the congregants were poor followers. Membership went up to 200 and then back down to almost nil. The pastor left for an OPC in AZ. One of my friends was on the session for that church and said there were definitely problems with the Christians attending that church. It's a shame, too. I've had several people tell me the pastor was a brilliant gospel preacher.
