If You Are A Baseball Fan, You'll Love This!

Bernie Williams was one of my all-time favorite Yankees.  If you didn't know, he's now embarked on a new musical career and is quite the guitar player.  This video is from Bernie's new album and was released in conjunction with the opening of the new Yankee Stadium (while filmed after the closing of the old).  Very cool.  If you love baseball, you gotta watch this!

It is only cool if he didn't make the video. If he did then he has a bit of an ego problem.

Bernie is a great role model and has some incredible talent. Brandon you should probably research Bernie to see what he has done for the New York community. You maybe interested in this, WHAT DOES THE "SDG" UNDER BERNIE'S SIGNATURE MEAN?

"SDG" is short for "Solo a Dios la gloria," which roughly translates to "God be the glory."

Amen to that Bernie!

I don't like the Yanks. Yes I am a heretic.

I do like Bernie Williams and have always respected him as a player and a person. He always represented Christ in His play and his demeanor.

What I am asking is did he produce the video himself, or did someone else put it together in association wiht his music. If is the former then I stick by my previous post. Would you make a music video of yourself and find highlights of your career and publish it? If it is the latter then I have no problem with it.

Whether he produced the video himself or others produced it makes no difference whatsoever. On his part, it was obviously meant as a personal tribute to the game he loves, the team he played for, and the place he played. If it also accomplished the goal of promoting his new endeavor, so much the better. Win-win situation for all.

Yeah, I dont see any ego problems here.
If I could do what he did & does, it I would do it too.
"Ego problem" is a very judgmental accusation.

I'm not a Yankees fan. But, I was and am a Bernie Williams fan. I miss watching him play.

Man, they don't make Yankees like this guy anymore. As sick as I am of the Red Sox/Yankees overload (is everyone at ESPN a Red Sox fan?) Bernie Williams is a quality individual. This is great stuff.
