This is from Al Wolters, in the opening chapter of his influential book, Creation Regained (Eerdmans), 6.

It should not come as a surprise that someone who does not properly distinguish between the kingdom of God and the civil kingdom (seeing Christ's redemptive work as extending to culture) could so easily (and thoroughly) confuse the law and the gospel.
