Friday Feature -- Synchronized Swimming Gets the Parody It So Richly Deserves

I'm sure that some of you may actually like synchronized swimming.  But I find it . . .  Well, it is better not to say.  How did this "sport" ever make it to the Olympics?

That's pretty funny, but synchronized swimming got its well-deserved parody, in the form of a SNL sketch with Martin Short (from internal textual evidence, I date this sketch to pre 1988)
