Ever Dreamed of Building Your Very Own Mega-Church? Now You Can!

Megachurch.bmpIf you are a fan of Sim City or Roller-Coaster Tycoon, you'll love this one!

Ever wanted to get rid of the praise band and replace them with mariachis?

Would you like to try a polka-liturgy?  Or a Disco service complete with Bee Gee sing-a-longs?

Do you think you can do a better job in the pulpit than Joel Osteen or Rick Warren?

Now is your chance!  This is a great parody!  Thanks to Mr. Wolfe for sending this my way.

our preparation hymn this morning:

TOO MUCH HEAVEN
The Bee Gees

Nobody gets too much heaven no more
It's much harder to come by
I'm waiting in line
Nobody gets too much love anymore
It's as high as a mountain
And harder to climb

Oh you and me [Jesus]
Got a lot of love in store
And it flows through you
And it flows through me
And I love you so much more
Then my life..I can see beyond forever
Ev'rything we are will never die
Loving's such a beautiful thing
Oh you make my world.. a summer day
Are you just a dream to fade away

Hmmm...can you shrink the building, put the choir behind the congregation, install a sturdy pulpit, a baptismal font, and a communion table, put actual Hymnals and Bibles in the pews, implement a law and gospel liturgy, put a robe on the pastor and have him preach redemptive-historical sermons?

Great response Rick. Those capabilities will come in v.2

You can only get that with the "White Horse Inn" trojan horse.

If it's anything like "The Sims" its a beer drinking, cigar smoker character who sneaks in the "auditorium" with a copy of "Modern Reformation".

I want to know why it's rated "M." That must be for the Jimmy Swaggart option.
