Hey Kim, your fist lecture is an M3U rather than an MP3. It's only about 93 bytes. I've noticed that a lot of the oldest lectures are like that as well. Is there any reason that they're not MP3? I don't really have a good enough connection to stream them.

We have the 'real audio' player, but it wants to download for 35 minutes to play it instead of just popping up and playing. Don't know why, but the streaming plays right away. So could we have the 'streaming' available on this one also???? Thanks

Raymond/PLW:

Hey, the "techies" from church (volunteers) send 'em over, and I link to them. Don't know what else to tell you.

I didn't have any trouble. I chose the other link -- it was actually the mp3 file, downloaded it. Segmented it because it is 88 minutes long, converted it to Wav, burned it to a cd (at least 80 minutes of it) and have listened it while driving or waiting to get into the gym. Worked for me...

I promise not to sell it on eBay.

Some of the files are mislabeled. We have not been using Real Audio for almost a year. Check to where the links point to in the bottom left of your browser (assuming you have IE or FF) to see which are mp3, m3u or RM. M3U files can be opened with a text editor and you will find the link to the mp3 file inside. We use m3u files because they are almost universally accepted. We always have someone telling us that they cannot read a direct mp3 file from our site.
