Who Said That?

This comes from secularized-Roman Catholic Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani, speaking at Sunday services at El Rey Jesus Church in Miami. He was quoted by the Associated Press.
Ironically, he gets it when the evangelical Mike Huckabee doesn't.
