As for hospitals I hear they make simular mistakes all the time. Operating on the wrong knee and other organs. I also hear that hospitals are the number one kilers in America. They should double check which oragan or body part they are operation on and make sure they got it right for the patient they are operation on. Oh yeal and double check that they got the right patient for each sugery. That should be a gimmie.
I guess with all that training the doctors get they forget the simple stuff the patients.
