The first out is when the center fielder catches the ball after it bounces off his head.
The second out is when the throw comes in from center field to second base (in the opening of the video you can see a runner on second who thought the ball went over the center fielder's head).
The third out is when the second baseman (or it might be the shortstop) throws the ball to first, causing the runner you see scrambling around second base to be out.
