Does the Faith of Our Presidents Matter?

Dr. Brian Lee has an editorial in today's Daily Caller that is well worth reading.
Dr. Lee writes, "To date, all U.S. presidents have labeled themselves Christians of some sort, and it is speculative and uncharitable to question their claims or sincerity. Nevertheless, a number of presidents have provided abundant evidence in their writings or behavior that their faith was heterodox, at best. At worst, we may have serious reason to doubt whether they confessed anything at all like the historic Christian faith."

I look at the person that I voted for--Mitt Romney, as having the proper qualifications for president even though he is a Mormon. That is for a limted federal government, job creation with tax cuts and less regulations on businesses of all sizes. He is also for second amendment rights.
Here is one key in looking at a good U.S. president in light of the 2-k's: Romney is a firm advocate of the all important first amendment, in letting all Americans worship in the way that they choose without government interference.
Please remember how Obama tried to force contraception meds as a part of a package deal for some of the Roman Catholics against their beliefs.
The other night my six year old boy (Matthew) came in while I was watching the news. They had a group of folks on T.V. talking about the upcoming election, My son says, "Dad, they all look like democrats!"
You gotta love it!
After the election last evening, Americans (except for a few states like Texas, Arizona and Oklahoma etc.) are growingly wanting an eastern european socialist government like Spain, Greece etc.......

Americans (blacks, whites, hispanics, all) increasingly want a government that can give the folks the most government freebies. The party that can do that, is the party that Americans will now vote for........

Talk show host Dennis Miller when recently asked what he would advise the folks if Obama was voted in for another term. "I will tell them to quit working so hard on their jobs, quit their jobs, and get in the other line, where you can get paid almost as much and have a nice, long vacation.".......

Last night on Fox news they were talking about the nice young, good candidates that will be fighting for the election in 2016--you know the names; Rubio, Santorum etc.. But, the masses no longer want good, solid American leaders of the past (including some good, moderate democrats), they want eastern eropean govenment freebies. The party that can give the folks the most freebies will be the elected party.

What is some of the fallout of an Obama repeat? When Bush left office Al-Kaida was in two countries, they are now in more than thirty countries. The Obama administration insists that terrorism is no longer a problem, because they have fixed the problem.
Israel is ready to attack Iran over nuclear weapons. The middle east is in a worse mess than ever.
The national debt will soon be over 20 trillion. Obamacare will cost much more than anyone can ever imagine or pay for. The IRS will come after folks if they don't have medical insurance. Companies will soon drop folks' work medical insurance leaving them to join Obamacare at the expense of the taxpayers.
Food stamp usage will go from 47 million folks to about 70 million. Unemployment will soar to about 10 percent (the actual number will be about 20 percent.) One in six folks in poverty will turn into two in six folks.
Obama will give the masses free cel phones at the expense of another 1.7 billion, leaving the folks elated at the prospects of Hillary being voted in in 2012, as she promises them even more freebies with the condition of more government control.
America no more!
I don't drink, but I would share one you if it would make you feel better. My glass would remain full the entire time, so you could end up drinking it.
Just to add a little humor, L.A. county residents have passed a measure that will require porn actors to wear condoms. I wonder how that will be enforced?
