Kim, you are probably aware of this already, but the first two volumes of Geerhardus Vos's 5-volume "Reformed Dogmatics" have been translated from the Dutch and will be published as two hardbound physical books in November. They're being published by Lexham Press of Bellingham, WA (the same folks or related to the same folks who publish Logos Bible Software stuff, where the Vos volumes will also be available). I haven't heard about any pricing yet.
