The photo was taken @ a family wedding this summer on a harbor boat in San Diego.

Andy (the wonderdog) is not pictured, but he did take the photo.

If it wasn't for weddings and funerals we wouldn't have any good family pictures either :)

Merry Christmas to all!

Christmas With Rick Warren

http://blogs.lifeway.com/blog/edstetzer/2007/12/christmas_with_rick.html

I find that really sickening and heartbreaking. The Purpose Driven Movement has infiltrated everywhere with its insidious teachings.

The deception in the church, especially the Southern Baptists, is astounding. Ed Stetzer has been blinded by Rick Warren's charms and smooth ways. Many have. Stetzer does not see Rick Warren's blatant Scripture twistings and compromise and watering down of the biblical gospel. It's not about you? Rick Warren's whole Purpose Driven Program is about you and how God can help you find yourself and your unique purpose. Great. Even the wicked are reserved for the day of judgment. False teaching is wicked isn't it? Wicked false teaching will be pouring forth from Fox News again this year, huh? It will be here in New Zealand as well. Tragic. No fear of God. No trembling at his Word. No holiness.

What about this the other week or so ago?:

What does the future hold for the United States of America? The rest of the world? Frankly, I find it really hard to be merry over the Christmas period. I find it difficult to be merry any time when I continually see evil roaming the world. I do find true joy in God though, otherwise I would despair of all hope.

God help me. God help us all.
