One More Time . . . A Programming Note

Lord willing, I will be appearing on Issues, Etc., with host Todd Wilken today (Monday) @ 1:00 PM (pacific time).

We'll be talking about eschatology (what else?).  The program will also be archived, so if you have a life and are not free on Friday afternoon to listen live, you can listen 24/7.

I'll post the link when it is available.

Can we start calling Dr. Riddlebarger the Tim LaHaye of Amillenialism? He may not like it.

Novels written in an amil history would probably be pretty boring, right up to the end. "Peace and safety, then sudden destruction".

Find Meredith Kline's lost novel......

Lol, the amil novel, that's great, it'd just be normal novel with a normal plot until the suprise ending. This tatic would have shortened a whole host of novels. (Especially the Left Behind Series, [which when I read as a dispensationalist was torture even then but did help me embrace Reformed eschatology.) I think War and Peace and Moby Dick could have used the approached.

I thought the lady's comment at minute 24 was interesting, that dispensationalism has effects in a Christian life far beyond simple end-times speculation.
