Wait a minute, that could be ambiguous. I don't mean Alexander Pope, the famous Roman Catholic poet, I mean one of the inhabitants of the (so-called) chair of St Peter. Beyond that, I'm not sure.

I do not think it was from the Council of Trent. It came out a later Vatican Council but I am not sure which one.
