These words come from Canada's former ambassador to the United States, Frank McKenna.  I'll bet our theonomist friends would be surprised to learn that a theonomic state already exists.  I guess Canada has fallen so far that the presence of any Christians in government is taken as "proof" of a theocracy.

This is from an "open leader and call from Muslim relgious leaders to Pope Benedict XVI," and a number of others.  In the opening paragraph, it is asserted, "Muslims and Christians together make up well over half of the world’s population. Without peace and justice between these two religious communities, there can be no meaningful peace in the world. He might be our commander in chief, but thank God he's not our theologian in chief!  Christians worship the Triune God who has revealed himself in Christ, not the "universal God" invoked by politicians for political purposes.

This is an easy one.  This is a quote from Iran's president, Mamoud Ahmadinejad, sounding very much like an Islamic postmillennialist.

Not only does this quote express his hope for world-wide Islamic (Shia) expansion, it hints at the reason for Iran's increasing political-military influence throughout the Middle East.  

But at the end of the day, I thought it would be fun to watch people try to spell his name correctly!

Our favorite "Arminian" Roger Olson is at it again.  These words were penned in response to the recent bridge disaster in Minneapolis.  When John Piper tried to comfort those afflicted by this terrible tragedy with the doctrine of God's sovereignty, Olson replied with the words quoted above.
