Who Said That?

"The Pope would have an easier job than the President of the United States in adopting a change of course. He has no Congress alongside him as a legislative body nor a Supreme Court as a judiciary. He is absolute head of government, legislator and supreme judge in the church. If he wanted to, he could authorize contraception over night, permit the marriage of priests, make possible the ordination of women and allow eucharistic fellowship with this Protestant churches. What would a Pope do who acted in the spirit of Obama?"

Leave your guess in the comments section below.  Please, no google searches or cheating.  I'll post the answer when I post the next quote.

I broke the rules, so I'm not going to list the name. But, KR, why are you reading this guy? When you do your reveal, can you comment on this? Another way of asking this, is why should I read this guy? Thanks.

I was going to say Nancy Pelosi, but I doubt "eucharistic fellowship with Protestant churches" is on her radar.

Sounds like a Jesuit - most of them would like to see all of these things done - and aren't afraid to criticize the pope.

Answering, not the who because I cheated, but his query. What we would have in the pope is what we already have in the presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church USA: a complete compromise of principles, a sacrifice of the five solas, in short, a non-Christian leader of a "Christian" denomination.
