I hope someone can answer a question I have always had and cannot seem to answer sufficiently myself from my reading of the scriptures and various commentators I have sought. How does one reconcile Romans chapter 7 with 1John chapter 3. It has caused a lot of condemnation and guilt in my life. No one I have consulted has been able to answer this question of mine sufficiently. Please help this tortured soul of mine.

I'm just making a point- don't take me seriously. It is a question I have often wondered about and cannot come to a sufficient answer that squares with an overall reading of the Scriptures.
