This Week at Christ Reformed Church (October 23-29)
Sunday Morning, October 29: We will celebrate Reformation Sunday on this, the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, which also happens to be our 22nd anniversary as a congregation. Our text is Romans 3:21-31, and the sermon is entitled "Justified by Faith." Our worship service begins at 10:30 a.m.
Note: Our on-going new member's class concludes this coming Lord's Day.
Sunday Afternoon: We take up Lord's Day 42 (Q & A 111-112) of the Heidelberg Catechism. We will discuss the eighth commandment dealing with stealing and theft. Our catechism service begins @ 1:15 p.m.
Wednesday Night Bible Study (October 25 @ 7:30 p.m.): We are continuing our series, "Apologetics in a Post-Christian Age." This week's lecture is "Charles Taylor's Secularization Thesis."
Friday Night (October 27, @ 7:30 p.m.): Join us for our Reformation Hymn Festival
