Academy Cancelled on Account of Rain!

We are cancelling this week's Academy Lecture (Friday evening) due to rain--up to four inches is expected.  There will likely be street and local flooding--especially near the church.

The picture is of my front yard from the last 3 inch rain a couple of weeks ago.  We have had enough rain so far this season that the ground is throughly saturated and the rain water pools -- turning my front yard into a four-six inch deep lake.

Stay safe and dry!  Thankfully, our drought is over.
