Kim, thanks for making this material available on your blog. I listened to the first two installments last night and it was really good. I'll be sharing the links with family and friends. I believe another commenter asked this as well, but if possible, can you get the bibliography posted with one of the upcoming installments? Thanks, and again, really good stuff.
